Who We Are

The Master's Handyman Service is a non-profit organization providing free labor for home repair and maintenance primarily for widows and the elderly. Our staff of personnel is dedicated to helping others and is also qualified to perform a variety of tasks. We are made up of volunteer and paid workers.

Why We Exist

We believe the Bible teaches us to care for the widows, the fatherless, the elderly and others in need. For some, a simple task such as changing a light bulb, fixing a leaking faucet or drain, adjusting a door, caulking windows, or mowing the lawn, can seem like an impossible job. Sometimes it is not the lack of finances but simply the lack of ability, health or understanding, that keeps these jobs from being accomplished. It is for these reasons that several men saw a need for an organization such as the Master's Handyman Service. Each of these men were unaware that God had laid the same calling on the hearts of the other men as well. Eventually they were made aware of each other's concerns and the Master's Handyman Service was formed. Our aspiration is to implement God's desire for the care of widows and the fatherless. We do not want to interfere with local churches or families. We want to help when needed by providing free labor and assistance.
